摘要
乾隆时期《四库全书》的编纂是在"稽古右文"的幌子下,清廷推行文化专制的产物,而四库馆臣则是"寓禁于征"政策直接的贯彻执行者。关于其禁书标准,司马朝军先生曾有《乾隆时期禁书实录——从翁方纲〈四库提要稿〉看禁书标准》一文,刊于《出版科学》2008年第6期。今在整理研究吕留良著述过程中发现四库馆臣对禁书标准之解读或犹有可发之处,即需就著述来源、书籍类型、受众对象、影响范围进行综合考量。
In the times of Qian long, the compilation of ＇Complete Library in the Four Branches of Literature＇ is the product of cultural tyranny in Qing dynasty in the name of the collection of ancient books, while the minister in Siku department is the executor of reinforcing the policy. With reference to the criterion of banned books,Mr.Sima Chaojun had written the article 〈the practical record of banned books in Qianlong period--the view of the criterion of Banned Books from 〈the abstract of ＇complete library in the four branches of literature＇ of Weng Fanggang, published in the sixth issue of ＂Publishing Journal＂ in 2008. Recently in the process of research on Lv Liuliang＇ s works, we have found the construe of the criterion of banned books by the minister in SiKu department in which there are points of publishing---the comprehensive consideration of the resource of works, of the category of books, of the audience, and of the scope of the influence.
