摘要
随着因特网的发展和应用,我国各级档案部门基本都建立了自己的门户网站,从网站的长远发展来看,网站优化是必要的:既能增强网站的知名度和影响力,又能提高用户的体验效果。基于用户体验的视角,主要从用户识别、网站设计和网站交互三个方面优化网站性能,并针对网站服务质量缺陷,提出改进意见。
