摘要
山西省下泊水库工程是沁水县经济发展规划中的重要内容,由于工程区所在流域缺少长系列水文观测数据,对水库来水安全及正常使用造成了很大的不确定性,采用水文比拟法对工程区流域径流量进行计算,为下泊水库工程的正常运行提供前提条件,也为区域水资源合理规划与利用提供决策依据。
Xiabo reservoir project is an important part of economic development planning in Qinshui County, Shanxi Province. However, due to the lack of long series of hydrological observation data in the basin of the project area, it causes much uncertainty on reservoir safety and normal use. Thus, in this paper, the hydrological analogy method was used to calculate the runoff of the river basin and got the correct and reasonable results, which could provide the premise for the normal operation. As a result, it provides a decision-making basis for rational planning and utilization of regional water resource.
