摘要
麦海因水库工程采取防、治、管相结合的环保和水保措施,形成了完整的防护体系,使水土流失得到了有效管控;结合项目区水土保持现状及可采取的分区综合治理措施,分别考虑了取水首部、引水管道、管线建筑物、堤防等工程的水土保持措施,不断完善了项目区水土保持措施体系。
The integrated protection system is combination of environmental protection and water conservation measures, has formed a complete protection system, which can be controlled by water and soil conservation. The water and soil conservation measures in the first, water diversion pipeline, pipeline building and embankment are considered.
