摘要
国内手机企业因为多处于中、低端市场,还没有进军海外,没有触及国际大型跨国企业的利益,所以国内手机企业似乎还没有面临国外厂商专利诉讼的威胁。国内手机企业想要打破发展瓶颈,走出国门、进入高端市场,就必须要重视专利保护战略,同时政府建立"行政管理部门、立法机构、企业"三者联动机制,在行政、立法和市场角度,促进企业稳步发展。
The author lawsuits of patens. The operation strategy, patent this, the author provides analyzes the protection strategies of mobile phone manufactures which involved in strategies include lawsuit marketing strategy, lawsuit placement strategy, patent contract strategy, patent standard strategy and No. 337 Survey strategy. Based on mobile phone manufactures with some suggestions that how to enact and carry out patent protection strategies.
