重点介绍了氧化石墨烯(GO)的功能化改性方法,包括非共价键改性,共价键改性以及聚合物接枝;简单总结了改性GO在药物控释方面的应用,并对其未来发展的前景进行展望。
In this review, the modifying methods for functionalization of graphene oxide (GO), including the non-covalent modification, covalent modification and polymer grafting, were emphatically introduced, its applications in the drug controlled release were summarized, and the prospect for its future development was also presented
