摘要
随着高等教育事业的发展,我国越来越重视高校的科研工作,但是科研经费的管理也暴露出越来越多的问题。文章调查发现了目前我国科研经费支出存在的问题,并分析科研经费流失的各种原因,最后针对性地提出解决问题的对策,从而提高科研经费的合理使用率,以获取更多的科研成果,促进高校健康稳步地发展。
Along with the development of higher education, Chinese government pays more and more attention to the scientific research in colleges and universities, but the management of scientific research funds also exposed more and more problems. Through the investigation we found problems existing in our country scientific research spending, and analyze the various causes of funding loss, finally the paper puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem, so as to improve the rational utilization of scientific research funds, in order to get more scientific research achievements and promote the healthy and steady development of colleges and universities.
