摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径(`CNP)对经尿道电切术治疗浅表性膀胱癌的临床疗效及生活质量的影响。方法将该院近5年收治的100例经尿道电切术治疗的浅表性膀胱癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机分层分组法将100例患者分为观察组和对照组,二组患者均给予经尿道电切术及术后灌注化疗,对照组围术期给予常规护理干预,观察组围术期给予CNP模式,观察二组术后肿瘤标志物水平、免疫功能指标及术后生活质量。随访3年,比较二组3年复发率。结果观察组术后肿瘤标志物水平及免疫功能指标均优于对照组,二组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后QLQ-BLM30量表评分明显高于对照组,二组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访3年,观察组复发率明显低于对照组,二组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径可显著改善患者术后免疫功能,降低术后复发率,提高患者术后生活质量,在浅表性膀胱癌患者手术治疗中具有重要应用价值。
Objective To explore the influence of clinical nursing pathway on the effects and the quality of life in patients with postoperative perfusion chemotherapy of superficial bladder cancer. Methods Totally 100 cases of patients with postoperative perfusion chemotherapy of superficial bladder cancer were selected as the study subjects, according to a stratified randomization method, the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group in author＇s hospital. The control group was given routine nursing intervention in the perioperative period, while the observation group was given clinical nursing pathway, two groups of immune function index, the levels of tumor markers and the quality of life were compared. Follow up of 3 years, the recurrence rate of the two groups was observed. Results The observation group was significantly better than the control group in the levels of tumor markers and immune function, the difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）. The observation group was significantly higher than the control group in the score of QLQ-BLM30 seale（P〈0.05）. Follow up of 3 years, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group in the recurrence rate（P〈0.05}. Conclusion The implementation of CNP can increase the immune function of patients, reduce the recurrence rate after surgery, improve thequality of life. CNP has importantly clinical value in the treatment of patients with superficial bladder cancer.
