摘要
目的比较中药联合利巴韦林及小剂量干扰素抗病毒治疗丙肝肝硬化腹腔积液的临床疗效。方法选取120例丙型肝炎肝硬化腹腔积液患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组给予肝硬化腹腔积液常规治疗加用小剂量重组人干扰素α-2b,100U,1次/d,肌注,联合利巴韦林口服,每日600mg,1次/d;观察组在对照组基础上加用龙虎愈肝方。二组均24周为1个疗程。观察二组治疗前及治疗后6、12、24周后的临床表现,测量腹围、尿量、体质量变化、腹腔积液量;肝功能指标(谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、总胆红素、白蛋白)、PCR-HCV-RNA阴转率。结果观察组患者肝功能恢复、腹腔积液消退快、病情进展慢,治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与单用西药抗病毒药物相比,联合抗病毒中药龙虎愈肝方患者肝功能恢复及腹腔积液消退快,病情进展慢,不良反应不明显,值得临床应用。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of the traditional Chinese medicine with small doses of interferon and ribavirin in the treatment of Hepatitis C＇s Ascites dueto Cirrhosis. Methods Totally 120 patients with Hepatitis C＇s Ascites due to Cirrhosis were chosen and divided into two groups randomly. Sixty patients in the control group were given the small doses of Recombinant Human Interferon a - 2b and ribavirin based on routine therapy, while the other 60 patients in the observation group were given the ther- apy in the control group added Traditional Chinese Medicine （Longhuyuganfang）. The patients＂ disappea- ring time of ascites, the virological responses, the days of hospitalization, the prognosis and side effects were observed and compared in two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the patients in the observation group were significantly better on liver function recovery, ascites subsided fast, slow progress of the disease, the treatment effect （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Compared with the single western medicine antiviral drugs, combined antiviral Chinese medicine Longhuyuganfang shows a better effect in the treat- ment of patients with Hepatitis C ascites, the liver function in patients with hepatic recovery and ascites subsided quickly, slow disease progression, adverse reaction was not obvious, it is worthy of clinical application.
