摘要
介绍产权边界和范围的相关知识,归纳确定出房屋产权面积边界与范围的3种方法,即专有与共有识别法、功能识别法和特殊部位识别法。
This paper summarizes three different methods for identifying boundary and range of house property area boundary, based on an introduction of the related knowledge. These include the identification methods for exclusive and mutual ownership, functions and special areas.
