摘要
目的探讨在消化内科病区实施医护联合查房的临床效果。方法选取我院消化内科护士38例,按照数字发随机分两组,对照组19例给予护理传统查房模式,观察组19例给予医护联合查房模式,统计并分析医生及患者对护理工作的满意度。结果对照组护士对专业知识的掌握合格率为78.95%,明显低于观察组护士对专业知识的掌握程度94.74%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。科内医生对对照组护理满意度为70.00%,明显低于观察组95.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);医护联合查房模式能明显提高医生对护理质量的满意度,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);医护联合查房模式能明显提高管床护士对患者病情了解情况,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医护联合查房模式能够明显提高医生及患者满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of doctor-nurse collaborated ward-rounds in digestive internal medicine ward. Methods 38 nurses in the digestive internal medicine ward of our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,19 nurses in each group.During nursing,the control group applied routine ward-round mode, while the observation group applied doctor-nurse collaborated ward-round mode. The satisfaction degrees of doctors and patients towards nursing care were analyzed. Results The professional knowledge mastery rate of the control group was 78.95%, which was obviously lower than the 94.74% of the observation group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）.The satisfaction rate of doctors in digestive internal medicine department towards the control group was 70.00%,which was obviously lower than the 95.00% of the observation group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）.The doctor-nurse collaborated ward-round mode obviously improved the satisfaction degrees of the doctors towards the nursing care,which surpassed the control group significantly（P〈 0.05）.The doctor-nurse collaborated ward-round mode obviously improved the awareness of patient situations in responsibility nurses, which surpassed the control group significantly（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The doctor-nurse collaborated ward-round mode can significantly improve the satisfaction degrees of doctors and patients, which is worthy of clinical promoted.
