摘要
针对YJ17型卷接机二次风分时梗丝分离不彻底,烟丝在碰撞中跟随烟梗跌入烟梗箱,造成浪费的问题,通过自行设计一套梗丝分离三次风选装置,有效降低了烟丝消耗,每台机单班可节省烟丝约2.5公斤,为企业创造效益。
When YJ17 cigarette machine production,stems and tobacco separation is not complete. Tobacco fell into the box during the collision,resulted in a serious waste. Therefore,we designed a set of stem and tobacco separation means. The application results showed that can effectively reduce tobacco consumption,single-class savings of about 2.5 kilograms of tobacco,create benefits for enterprises.
