六例YoT细胞淋巴瘤／白血病患者的诊治分析 被引量：2

Analysis of the diagnosis and treatment for six patients with Yo T-cell lymphoma or leukemia

摘要 18T细胞淋巴瘤／白血病是表达T细胞抗原受体（Tcellreceptor，TCR）18链细胞恶性变的肿瘤，采用流式细胞术（flowcytometer，FCM）对患者外周血或骨髓存在异常细胞和脾切除组织进行免疫分型，可快速诊断此病。近年来，随着对FCM研究的广泛开展，逐渐提高了人们对YoT细胞淋巴瘤／白血病的认识，使其发病率可能高于既往的报道。
