摘要
目的调查低年资护士同事支持的现状及需求情况,为提高低年资护士同事支持提供参考。方法采用护士一般资料调查表、同事支持量表、自行设计"低年资护士对同事支持需求调查问卷"对长春市某三级甲等医院的142名工作3年以内的低年资护士进行调查。结果低年资护士的同事支持得分为46.63±13.98;有32.39%和47.18%的低年资护士认为"非常需要"和"需要"同事支持;在同事支持需求项目中,"关心我的福利待遇"、"采取弹性排班"与"有老护士带领我工作"需求较高;影响低年资护士对同事支持需求的主要原因是"不知道开展同事支持,自己具体要做什么"。结论低年资护士同事支持水平相对较低,低年资护士对同事支持的需求强烈。医院应积极采取有效措施,提高低年资护士同事支持水平,从而缓解低年资护士工作压力,增强团队凝聚力。
Objective To investigate the current situation and needs of peer support in junior nurses,and to provide reference for improving peer support.Methods We utilized the general information questionnaire,the Support Scale of Colleague and self-designed questionnaire on the needs of peer support for junior nurses to investigate 142 junior nurses(work duration3 years)from a tertiary hospital in Changchun.Results The average score of peer support was(46.63±13.98),32.39% and 47.18% junior nurses revealed "extremely need" and " need" peer support.In peer support needs,the items "concerning my welfare", " adopting flexible duty shifting" and "there are senior nurses guiding my work" scored relatively high,and the main factor influencing peer support needs was "don′t know what I should do to improve peer support".Conclusions The peer support for junior nurses is relatively low,while their needs of peer support is strong.Hospitals should take measures to improve peer support for junior nurses so as to reduce their work stress and enhance team cohesiveness.
