摘要
我国临床医学八年制的培养方案正在日趋完善中,但在实际培养过程中,学生在科研训练方面仍参差不齐,可提升的空间很大。本研究通过对浙江大学临床八年制学生进行早期科研指导,结合八年制学生的个人兴趣及后期欲选的临床专业,制定因材施教的科研训练方案,并采用融入式管理,强化执行力度。经过连续四届学生的科研训练,目前已取得较好的效果,为临床八年制的科研训练提供了可借鉴的素材。
eight-year clinical medicine programs have been constantly improved. The students' research skills, however, still have room for improvement. This study offers students research skills training in the early stages in their programs. Personal interests and future special- ization intentions are taken into consideration when formulating personalized training schemes for research skills. Integrated management is used. Implementations of the training is strengthened. After four years of running, the scheme has been successful and might serve as examples for similar programs.
