摘要
碘资源的开发和应用研究一直备受关注。各种加工方法得到的粗碘都要制成精碘以满足生产碘制品的需要。升华法精制碘的工艺中在凝华器内尚未完全结晶的碘蒸汽必须予以回收,既避免浪费,也避免给生产环境带来污染。介绍了升华法精制碘的工艺,探讨了精制过程中含碘尾气回收处理的工艺流程和操作技术。
Development application and research of iodine resources is always attracted .Crude iodine recovery is made into refined iodine to meet the need of refined iondine production in the various processing methods .Not fully crystallize iodine must be recovered in the desublimator in the sublimation refined iodine processing , so it avoid waste , also avoid pollution to the enviroment .The processing of sublimation refined iondine was introduced and the process flow and operation technique of ionidine exhaust gas recyling in refined iondine process were researched .
