摘要
贸易是现代经济发展的基础,新型贸易业态可以有效提高一国的贸易竞争力。自贸区作为一项全新的贸易业态,对减少贸易障碍、增加市场自由度、提高全球资源配置水平至关重要。伴随网络技术日新月异的变革,跨境电子商务得以迅猛发展,极大程度突破了贸易壁垒、促进了贸易便利化,为买卖双方提供了一个自由、健全的交易平台。自贸区跨境电子商务发展不仅有利于降低企业交易成本,还有利于提高企业市场竞争力,最终为提高企业经营效益奠定坚实基础。
The trade is the foundation of modem economic development, the novel trade format could effectively en- hance the trade competitiveness of one nation. Free trade zone is crucial to reduce the trade handicap, increase the market freedom degree, enhance global resource allocation level as a novel trade format. With the changing reform of network tech- nology, cross-border e-commerce has developed rapidly, greatly breakthrough the trade barrier, promoted the trade facilitation, and provided a free and sound trade platform for contracting parties. The development of cross-border e-commerce is not only benefit to reduce the enterprise trading cost, but also increases the market competitiveness of enterprises, which estab- lishes a solid foundation to increase the enterprise operation profit.
