摘要
针对喷气燃料在罐车运输过程中受到污染,使其银片腐蚀不合格的现象进行了研究,明确了运输喷气燃料罐车中关键污染物为单质硫;建立了单质硫的定性方法即汞滴法,10 min内可对罐车是否合格作定性判断;采用伏安法测定油品中单质硫的质量分数,相对标准偏差在4%以内,加标回收率在99%~101%,重复性及准确度较好。分析比较了污染喷气燃料的罐车装车前后单质硫的质量分数的变化;研究了喷气燃料银片腐蚀级别与单质硫的质量分数的关系;确定了罐车中单质硫的质量分数的阈值,罐底残油阈值为7.00 mg/kg,锈粉浸渍油阈值为11.00 mg/kg。所建立起来的方法在实际应用中效果良好,具有较高的推广和应用价值。
The off - specification of silver coupon testing for the jet fuel in the tanker transportation process because of pollution is studied. It is decided that the critical pollutant is sulfur in the tank. The elemental sulfur qualitative and quantitative analysis method is established, and the analysis and comparison of the elemental sulfur content changes in the jet fuel tanker can be completed within 10 minutes. The error of the measurement of sulfur in the oil by voltammetry method is with 4.0%. The recovery rate is 99% - 101%, and the repeatability and accuracy are good. The changes of sulfur' s mass percentages before and after loading of tank car are analyzed and compared, and the relationship between corrosion of silver coupon and percentage of sulfur is studied. The threshold of elemental sulfur content of the tanker is determined. The threshold of residue oil at the bottom of tank is 7.0 mg/kg, the threshold value of oil with rust is 11 mg/kg. The method is effective and has a good popularization and application value.
