摘要
天津某调味品厂废水处理工程处理水量为250 m^3/d,进水COD<4 500 mg/L,TDS<3 270 mg/L,动植物油<345 mg/L,采用DAF/MBBR/DAF/UF/RO处理工艺,调试过程中发现MBBR出水水质未能达到设计出水目标,且超滤膜容易堵塞,需要频繁清洗,最终通过调节气浮加药量、控制废水溶解氧浓度,提高超滤预处理污染物去除率、改变超滤清洗方式等方法,使系统稳定运行,出水COD<30 mg/L、TDS<1 000 mg/L、NH_3-N≤1.5 mg/L、TP≤0.1 mg/L,达到《城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质》(GB/T 18920—2002)的冲厕水水质标准。
The treatment capacity of wastewater treatment project of a flavoring plant in Tianjin is 250 m^3/d, the influent COD, TDS, animal and vegetable oils were less than 4 500 mg/L, 3 270 mg/L and 345 mg/L respectively. The combined process of DAF, MBBR, DAF, UF and RO is used to treat this wastewater. It was found during the commissioning that the effluent quality from the MBBR failed to meet the design goals, and the ultra-filtration membrane needed frequent cleaning due to fouling. The stable operation of the system was finally achieved by adjusting the chemical dosage in air floatation, controlling the dissolved oxygen concentration in wastewater, improving the pollutants removal rate in ultra-filtration pretreatment and changing the cleaning method of ultra-filtration membrane. The concentrations of COD, TDS, NH3 - N and TP in the effluent were less than 30 mg/L, 1 000 mg/L, less than or equal to 1.5 mg/L and 0. 1 mg/L, respectively, which met the requirements for toilet flushing water quality the Reuse of Urban Recycling Water--Water Quality Standard for Urban Miscellaneous Water Consumption ( GB/T 18920 - 2002).
