摘要
安徽省当涂龙华垃圾渗滤液处理站设计处理规模为100 m^3/d,一次性建成。针对现有调查的水源水质条件,设计采用了均质池/混凝沉淀池/酸化池/中间沉淀池/上流式厌氧污泥床/缺氧池/好氧池/MBR/RO工艺,介绍了工艺流程及主要构筑物设计参数。该工程直接处理成本为30元/m^3,经济效益为109.5万元/a。实际运行结果表明,该组合工艺出水水质稳定达到了《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》(GB 16889—2008)。
The Longhua landfill leachate treatment project with design capacity of 100 m^3/d in Dangtu County, Anhui Province was completed one time. In view of the investigated leachate quality condition, the combined process of equalization tank, coagulation and sedimentation tank, acidification tank, intermediate settling tank, upflow anaerobic sludge blanket (UASB), anoxic tank, aerobic tank, MBR and RO was designed and adopted. The process flow and design parameters of the structures were introduced. The direct treatment cost was 30 yuan/m^3, and the economic benefit was 1. 095 million yuan/a. The operation results showed that the effluent quality could meet the requirements specified in the Standard for Pollution Control on the Landfill Site for Domestic Solid Waste (GB 16889 -2008 ).
