摘要
目的探讨百令胶囊对维持性血液透析肾衰竭感染患者的临床应用效果分析,为维持性血液透析肾衰竭合并患者的临床治疗提供指导。方法选取2014年3月-2015年6月医院治疗维持性血液透析肾衰竭合并感染患者64例,将患者随机分为试验组和对照组,各32例,对照组患者采用常规治疗,试验组患者在对照组患者的基础上给予百令胶囊进行治疗;对两组患者各项实验室指标及及证候辨证分型的变化等进行对比分析;采用SPSS16.0软件进行统计分析。结果两组患者经过一段时间的治疗后,试验组患者的超敏C-反应蛋白(hsCRP)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)指标与治疗前相比,明显降低,血红蛋白(Hb)和血清白蛋白(Alb)指标与治疗前相比明显升高,且试验组患者在经过治疗后其脾肾气虚证的分型比例有显著升高,试验组患者治疗后出现的呼吸道感染以及心力衰竭的发生次数有明显的减少,对照组患者经过一段时间的治疗后其上述指标与治疗前相比无明显变化,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论百令胶囊在临床上可明显改善维持性血液透析肾衰竭合并感染患者的炎症,可在临床上推广应用。
OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical effect of Bailing capsule on renal failure on renal failure patients with infections undergoing maintenance hemodialysis so as to provide guidance for clinical treatment of the renal failure patients undergoing the maintenance hemodialysis.METHODS A total of 64 renal failure patients with infections who underwent the maintenance hemodialysis in the hospital from Mar 2014 to Jun 2015 were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 32 cases in each.The control group was given the conventional therapy,while the experimental group was treated with additional Bailing capsule based on the treatment of the control group.The laboratory indexes and syndrome differentiation types were observed and compared between the two groups,and the statistical analysis was performed with the use of SPSS16.0software.RESULTS The levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP）and low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol（LDL-C）of the experimental group were remarkably reduced after the treatment,while the levels of hemoglobin（Hb）and serum albumin（Alb）were significantly elevated,and the proportion of the patients with spleen qi deficiency was remarkably increased after the treatment.The respiratory tract infections and heart failure occurred less frequently in the patients of the experimental group after the treatment.The above indexes did not change significantly in the control group after the treatment.CONCLUSIONBailing capsule can remarkably improve the inflammations in the renal failure patients with infections undergoing the maintenance hemodialysis,and it is worthy to be promoted in the hospital.
