摘要
随着互联网力量的不断介入,公民参与的内涵和形式正在发生显著的变化。本文以大学生网民为例,从社会资本理论视角,定量分析了社会信任对网络公民参与的影响。研究发现,互联网为公民参与提供了一个全新的平台,有助于扩展大学生的公民参与。在网络空间,大学生的公民参与方式呈现出多元化的趋势,其中参与程度最高的是网络信息获取行为,其次是网络信息表达与讨论行为,而网络行动的参与程度最低。研究还发现,社会信任对网络公民参与有显著影响,其中网络人际信任和政治信任对网络公民参与的影响是正向的,但现实人际信任对网络公民行动的影响则为负向。
As the Internet progressively involves people' s lives, the connotation and forms of citizen partici-pation are undergoing significant changes. Taking, as an example, college student Internet users and from the perspective of social capital theory, this paper presents quantitative analysis of the influence of social trust on participation of network citizens. The study reveals that the Internet provides a new platform for citizens' participation and it helps to increase students' participation awareness. In cyberspace, the mode of college students' participation presents the trend of diversification; and the highest involvement is embodied in infor- mation collection, and then comes personal comments and discussion on the Internet; the lowest involvement is the Interuet action. The study also shows that social trust has significant effect upon the participation of network citizens. In the cyberspace, positive correlation exists between interpersonal/political trust and the participation of network citizens, while in reality, the correlation between interpersonal trust and the action of network citizens is negative.
