摘要
以南京中医药大学为例,对照中医药领域科技平台基本分布情况,对该校省级以上科技创新平台(机构、基地)建设运行现状进行分析和探讨。针对该校省级以上科技平台在资源配置与整合、研究内容与方向、领军人才与团队培养、运行管理与绩效考核、对外交流与合作、开放共享与服务方面存在的突出问题进行了思考,为制定合理的中医药科技平台运行管理政策提供决策依据和支持。
This paper attempts to analyze the construction and operation condition of technology innovation platforms above provincial level which belong to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine, and refers to the technology platform basic distribution case in the field of Chinese medicine. The paper expounds the prominent problems existing in resources configuration and integration, research content and direction, leading talent and team training, operation management and performance appraisal, international exchange and operation, open sharing and service. It provides the scientific policy decision for formulating rational management policy of Chinese medicine technology platform.
