摘要
民族地区高校几乎全部成立于在新中国建立之后,存在办学时间不长、文化底蕴不够深厚等特点,从民族地区高校办学的学科优势上看,同内地高校差距甚大,不可同日而语。但民族地区高校承担着发掘和弘扬所处地区少数民族文化、培育民族地区可靠接班人和合格建设者的特殊使命,促进民族团结和社会和谐的重要任务。民族地区高校承担着发掘和弘扬所处地区少数民族文化、培育民族地区可靠接班人和合格建设者的特殊使命,促进民族团结和社会和谐的重要任务。倡导充分发挥多元民族文化特性,特别是民族高校所处民族地区的典型性民族文化的特性,将之有效应用于民族地区高校大学生的管理与教育中,对提高少数民族地区人才培养、创新学生管理教育方式都是值得探索和思考问题。
The universities and colleges, located in the regions inhabited by Chinese ethnic minorities, are mostly established and developed after the foundation of People’ s Republic of China. These universities and colleges are also characterized by their short histories of development,being short of cultural accumulations. Besides,it cannot be denied that these universities and colleges have distinct disadvantages in the establishment of the disciplines,which are far behind the universities and colleges in developed regions of China. However, universities and colleges in ethnic minorities inhabited regions are granted with the special undertaking of disseminating ethnic minorities cultures,cultivating reliable successors and qualified builders for the socialist causes and promoting unity and social harmony in the ethnic minorities regions. By enhancing diversified ethnic cultures,especially the typical and local ethnic cultures in the universities and colleges in ethnic minorities inhabited regions, it helps the cultivation of talents for ethnic regions, innovation of the methods for college students management and education,verifying the great values for further researches and discussions.
