摘要
探讨了高效液相色谱(DAD检测器)法测定荧光增白剂BA、CXT、BBU,采用Eclipse Plus C18(4.6 mm×100 mm,3.5μm)色谱柱,流动相乙腈-水进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为348 nm。结果表明,BA在5~1 000 mg/L具有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 7),CXT在1~1 000 mg/L具有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),BBU在50~1 000 mg/L具有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9)。3种荧光增白剂的RSD值分别为2.82%、1.71%以及1.48%(n=6)。该方法精密度高,重现性好,数据准确可靠。
A new method was investigated to determine three fluorescent whitening agents by liquid chromatography (DAD). The fluorescent whitening agents were analyzed by Eclipse Plus C18 column (4.6 mm ×100 mm, 3.5 μm), employing acetonitrile-water as the mobile phase in a gradient elution mode. Meanwhile, the detection wavelength was 348 nm. The results showed that there was good linear relationship in the range of 5-1 000 mg/L for BA (r=0.999 7); while in the range of 1-1 000 mg/L for CXT (r=0.999 9). BBU also had good linear relationship in the range of 50-1 000 mg/L (r=0.999 9). The RSD values of three fluorescent whitening agents were 2.82%, 1.71% and 1.48% (n=6), respectively. This method was precise and had good reproducibility, accurate and reliable data.
