壳聚糖对纳米TiO_2改性锦纶织物的影响

摘要 采用水热法,以钛酸四丁酯为前驱体,壳聚糖为分散剂,在锦纶织物表面包覆TiO_2颗粒,并使用活性艳蓝R-X染料对锦纶织物进行染色,借助扫描电镜、X射线衍射、X射线光电子能谱、热重、差示扫描量热和分光光度计对改性效果进行表征,并测定了织物透气、拉伸和染色性能.结果表明,壳聚糖作为分散剂与钛酸四丁酯水热改性锦纶织物时,壳聚糖的用量影响最为明显,其次为分子量,而脱乙酰度影响较小.改性后的锦纶织物表面包覆有壳聚糖和锐钛矿型纳米TiO_2,织物热学性能变化不大,吸收紫外线能力和拉伸性能有所增强,透气性有所减小,K/S值有所下降,耐摩擦和刷洗色牢度较好. Using the hydrothermal method ,tetrabutyl titanate as precursor ,chitosan as dispersant ,the nylon fabric coated on the surface of TiO 2 particles ,and the use of reactive brilliant blue R‐X dyes for dyeing nylon fabric ,with the aid of scanning electron microscopy (SEM ) ,X‐ray diffraction (XRD) , X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy and thermogravimetric (TG) ,differential scanning quantity of heat and spectrophotometer ,the effect of modification is characterized ,the fabric air permeability ,tensile and dyeing performance are measured .T he research results show that chitosan as dispersant and tetrabutyl titanate hydrothermal modification nylon fabric ,the amount of chitosan has the most obvious ef‐fecct ,followed by the molecular weight ,degree least affected .Surface modification of polyamide fabric coated with chitosan and nano TiO 2 anatase type ,fabric thermal properties change little ,the ability to absorb ultraviolet light and tensile properties increase ,permeability is reduced ,the K/S value decrea‐ses ,the fastness to rubbing and scrubbing performs better .
