摘要
本文截取2004～2014年数据，对影子银行对中国商业银行体系稳定性影响展开实证研究，结果显示：影子银行整体对商业银行稳定性存在负面影响，但其不同组成部分作用结果不同。因此，应建立全面、及时、共享的监管体系；加快商业银行业务创新；提升影子银行资产管理能力；加强宏观审慎监管，完善市场化利率调控机制。
Via 2004-2014 data, this paper carries out an empirical study on shadow bank＇ s influence on the stability of Chinese commercial bank system. The result shows that shadow bank has negative effect on the stability of commercial banks, but the effect of different components varies. Hence, China needs to establish a comprehensive, prompt and mutual-shared supervision system, deepen the innovation of commercial banks, stimulate the asset management capability of shadow bank, strengthen the macro prudential supervision and perfect the marketization of interest rate adjustment mechanism.
