摘要
为保证试验路段铺筑效果,通过室内马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验以及车辙试验对沥青混合料路用性能进行分析,确定了温拌沥青混合料有较强的抗压强度、水稳定性、抗车辙和低温抗裂性,对实际工程中温拌热铺法的材料设计及施工工艺有了新的要求。结果表明:采用温拌热铺法控制出料温度在170℃~185℃范围内,路面各项技术指标均能满足相关技术要求,能够有效保证路面的质量和使用寿命。
In order to make sure of the paving effect of test section,indoor Marshall test,freezethaw splitting test and rutting test were applied to analyze the pavement performance of asphalt mixture.It was confirmed that warm mix asphalt has good compressive strength,water stability,rutting resistance and low temperature crack resistance.The results show that the warm mix and hot paving method maintains the output temperature within 170 ℃~ 185 ℃,with all technical indicators meeting specification requirements.
