摘要
"产业集群与高职院校合作对接研究基地"是辽宁省教育科学规划第五批重点研究基地之一。以区域产业集群发展和高校对接作为战略研究方向,全面深入探索研究基地的建设背景、运行机制以及基地的建设内容与成果,在实证研究基础上提出构建重点基地的理论框架,总结出可行的具体程序和操作方法,具有十分重要的意义。
＂Industrial cluster and higher vocational college docking cooperation research base＂ is one of the fifth batch of key educational science planning research bases in Liaoning province. Taking regional industrial cluster development and college docking cooperation as their strategic research direction, the researchers comprehensively and deeply study the operational mechanism of the key research base, put forwards the theory framework to construct the key research base based on empirical research, sums up the feasible specific procedure and operation method, which have very important significance.
