摘要
某电厂#2机组高压缸后轴封出现漏汽量过大现象,不仅影响了机组的热效率,而且轴封漏汽沿轴向窜入轴承座油室,造成了主机润滑油含水偏大。要彻底解决轴封漏汽大的问题,必须进行高压缸解体检修,调整汽封位置。由于原汽轮机厂高压缸的大修周期一般为10年,对于现投产才2年的机组,不具备高压缸解体检修条件。通过对轴封结构的研究,明确了结构部件的作用与工作原理,某厂进行了外部技术改造。实施技术改造后,通过对轴封漏汽以及主机润滑油含水对比发现,两者均有明显改善,说明该技术改造方案是可行性,通过技术改造的实施及时消除了缺陷,保证了机组安全运行。
#2 steam turbine gland steam leakage phenomenon appears too large,This not only seriously affected the civilization of my factory production,and more importantly,leakage phenomenon caused the main engine lubricating oil water become larger.To solve this problem,we have to overhaul the high-pressure cylinder and adjust the seal position.As a result of the overhaul cycle of the high pressure cylinder of the original steam turbine factory is generally 10 years.Unit only for2 years now,we do not have the high pressure cylinder to disintegrate the maintenance condition.Through the research on the seal structure,the function and working principle of the structural components are defined,we have carried out a external technological transformation.After the implementation of technical transformation,Contrast shaft seal leakage and moisture in host lubricants,both of them have improved.The result shows the transformation program is feasible.Through the implementation of the technological transformation of timely elimination of defects,ensure the safe operation of the unit.
