摘要
为探讨负压灌溉对烤烟生长及水肥利用率的影响,采用负压灌溉装置设置3个不同的供水负压,在日光温室内以盆栽方式考察了不同负压供水下土壤含水量的动态变化,以及负压供水对烤烟生长、干物质积累与分配、水肥利用率的影响。结果表明:1负压灌溉能维持土壤含水量在较稳定的范围内,但生长过程中土壤水分含量与供水压力没有明显的比例关系;2在-20^-10 k Pa范围内,随着供水压力的增大,烟株长势增强,烟株的干物质量、耗水量、钾素吸收总量及钾肥利用率逐渐增加,根干重及水分利用效率随供水压力的降低而增加,氮、磷素吸收总量及其利用率随供水压力的降低而呈现出先增加后降低的趋势;3以烤烟干物质积累为目标,烤烟伸根期适宜供水压力为-20^-15 k Pa、旺长期约为-10 k Pa、成熟期为-15^-10 k Pa。
Effect of negative-pressure irrigation on the growth and water fertilizer utilization rate of flue-cured tobacco was investigated.Pot experiments in sunlight greenhouse were carried out by using a negative-pressure irrigation device with three pressure levels.The dynamic change of soil moisture content,dry matter accumulation and distribution,and water fertilizer utilization rate were studied.Results showed:①Soil moisture could be maintained in a stable range by using negative-pressure irrigation,but there was no significant proportional relationship between soil moisture content and negative pressure at all stages.②When water pressure increased from-20 kPa to-10 kPa,growth of tobacco was enhanced,and dry weight,water consumption,total amount of K-uptake and rate of K utilization increased gradually,but root dry weight and water use efficiency decreased.N-uptake,P-uptake and its utilization rate showed a trend from decline to rise.③The suitable water supplying pressure at root stretch stage,fast growing stage and mature stage were-20~-15 kPa,-10 kPa and-15~-10 kPa respectively for dry matter accumulation.
