摘要
免疫相关性疾病包括原发或继发性免疫缺陷病、炎症性风湿病以及过敏性疾病等,如何对这些患儿进行预防接种是经常困扰儿童保健医生和免疫专科医生的临床决策难点,探讨对这些患儿进行疫苗接种的相关问题可以提供一些可借鉴的信息。
Immune-associated diseases include primary im- mune deficiencies （PID）, secondary immune deficiencies due to human immunodeficiency virus （HIV） infection, inflamma- tory rheumatoid diseases and allergy/atopic diseases. Vaccina- tion of such children requires some special considerations and precautions which is a great challenge for primary care and specialty clinicians. To address and discuss the relevant issues of vaccination of the patients can provide some useful informa- tion to the clinicians.
