摘要
目的观察阿奇霉素序贯疗法与红霉素序贯疗法对小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的疗效。方法 2013年4月至2015年3月深圳市南山区西丽人民医院儿科收治小儿肺炎支原体肺炎患儿48例,随机分为对照组和观察组各24例。对照组采用红霉素序贯疗法,观察组采用阿奇霉素序贯疗法,对两组患儿治疗后疗效及安全性进行分析。结果观察组治疗后总有效率为91.67%(22/24),明显高于对照组66.67%(16/24),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后不良反应发生率比较,观察组不良反应发生率为8.33%(2/24),对照组为33.33%(8/24),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿肺炎支原体肺炎采用阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗的效果显著,且安全性高。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of sequential therapy with erythromycin and azithromycin in the treatment of children with mycoplasmal pneumonia.Methods From Apr.2013 to Mar.2015,a total of 48 mycoplasmal pneumonia children who accepted treatments in our hospital were taken as the clinical research objects,and these patients were randomly divided into control group（24cases）and observation group（24cases）.Patients in the control group accepted erythromycin sequential therapy;the other patients in the observation group accepted azithromycin sequential therapy.After treatment,we compared and analyzed their clinical efficacy and safety.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was91.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（66.67%）,and the difference between these two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 8.33%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group（33.33%）,and the difference between these two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Azithromycin sequential therapy,which has the advantage of high safety,is a useful approach to the children with mycoplasmal pneumonia.
