摘要
采用有限元数值分析技术与整车静强度试验和在线测试相结合的方法,依据EN 12663-2010标准,对新一代高速动车组铝合金车体底架和门框进行结构优化;基于车体端墙结构模态分析,确定提高一阶纵向弯曲振动频率的端墙改进结构.经相关试验验证了车体优化方案的可行性,并将此方案运用于实际生产中.
Component strength and end-wall resonance are studied for new generation high-speed EMU aluminum car-body. According to EN 12663-2010 standard,the under-frame and door-frame structures are optimized by FEA technique and vehicle static strength test. Based on the end-wall modal analysis and related online test,the improved side-wall structure which has higher longitudinal bending vibration frequency,is determined.The improved car-body structure has been accepted in car-body design.
