摘要
宝珠砂具有球状粒形、热膨胀率低、耐火度高等特点。将宝珠砂应用于热芯盒覆膜砂制芯工艺中,结果表明:通过优化宝珠砂与耐高温覆膜砂的配比及制芯工艺参数等,可降低芯砂的高温膨胀率,提高砂芯的拉弯强度、耐火度,且通过消除砂芯的"过固化"问题,有效减少了气缸盖断芯率。
The ceramic sand has the properties of global grain, low heat expansion coefficient, excellent refractoriness and etc. The ceramic sands were applied to the hot box process to make precoated sand core, and the results show that by optimizing the mixture ratio of ceramic sand and resin coated sand, and parameters of core making process, the heat expansion coefficient can be decreased, bend strength and refractoriness of the sand core can be increased, and by avoiding the overcured sand core, core breaking rate of cylinder head is remarkably decreased.
