摘要
对一些室外形体比较复杂的建筑,以现行方法计算外墙装饰工程量效率较低且准确性不高。通过采访调查、多案例数据对比分析,证明采用BIM技术提取建筑外墙装饰工程量可以解决上述问题,具有较高的应用价值。在此基础上,为保证BIM应用价值的实现和提升,制定了所需的技术规则并设计了工作流程。尽管本文研究对象是外墙装饰工程,但研究结果对其他建筑工程具有普遍的适用意义。
For some complex buildings,the quantity takeoff of external wall cladding and finishes is inefficient and inaccuracy in current practice. Based on an interview survey and multi-case comparative data analysis, this paper proves that BIM-based quantity takeoff in external wall cladding and finishes can solve the above problems. In order to ensure and improve the realization of the value,the paper presents some advices on technical standards and puts forward with design procedures. Although the research object of this paper is the external wall cladding and finishes engineering,the results has a general significance for other construction projects.
