This paper expounds the background and preparation of the construction of Qingyuan Branch Library based on Guangzhou Library＇s public electronic reading room, analyzes the construction target of Qingyuan Branch Library based on Guangzhou Library＇s public electronic reading room, and puts forward the concrete construction strategies in order to provide reference for the common development of Guangzhou＇s and Qingyuan＇s digital cultural resources.
