提取异步电动机轴承故障的电气特征量新方法

摘要 异步电动机轴承故障时会引起电动机的磁场变化,导致定子电流发生变化。为提取异步电动机轴承故障时的电气特征量,利用EMD解析法以及对应的Hilbert变换,对异步电动机轴承故障时的单相功率频谱进行分析,解决了定子电流中故障分量被基波分量淹没的难题。 Bearing failure of the asynchronous motor would cause the magnetic field change of it, bringing up with changes of the stator current. In order to extract the electrical feature quantity of asynchronous motor in the case of its bearing failure, EMD decomposition method as well as its corresponding Hilbert transform were applied to analyze the single-phase power spectrum while the bearing failure taking place, thus, solving the difficult problem of the fault component involved in the fundamental compo- nents in the stator current.
