摘要
在外资代工企业的专制生产体制下,劳动关系双方的冲突和矛盾突显,各种工人抗争行为频繁发生。劳动关系矛盾的尖锐化和工人抗争的多发频发促使外资代工企业进行了一系列的制度调节,希望通过新制度的引入达到新的控制。但由于外资代工企业的专制生产体制并没有发生根本性变化,制度调节的效果并不明显,各种劳动关系矛盾和问题依然存在。解决外资代工企业的劳动关系问题还需要生产体制的根本性改变。
Under the autocratic production system of foreign foundry enterprises, conflicts and conflicts between the two parties are highlighted. The sharp contradiction between the labor relations and the workers' resistance of the frequent occurrence of the foreign foundry enterprises to carry out a series of institutional regulation, hope that the introduction of new systems to achieve new control. But because of the autocratic production system of foreign foundry enterprises, there is no fundamental change, the effect of the system regulation is not obvious, the contradictions and problems still exist in various labor relations. Solving the labor relations problem of the foreign capital foundry enterprises still needs the fundamental change of the production system.
