摘要
开放大学与广播电视大学本质区别之一,就是开放大学教学质量较广播电视大学要有明显提升。作为省域开放大学,应通过加强学生管理、师资队伍建设、硬件基础设施建设、建立功能强大的远程学习平台、加强教学资源建设和抓好过程管理等方面来构建开放大学质量保证体系,从而提高开放大学的社会声誉。
One of the essential differences between the open university and the radio and TV university is that the teaching quality of the former has obvious improvement than that of the latter. As a provincial open university, it should build teaching quality assurance system through strengthening the management of students, construction of teachers team, constructing hardware infrastructure, establishing a powerful distance learning platform, strengthening the construction of teaching-learning resources and completing the process management, so as to improve the social reputation of the open university.
