摘要
在本体论意义上,实体与信息具有同等的存在优先权。如此,可以将本体论信息定义为主体之外的非实体性存在,具有客观性品质。尚未显现的本体论信息或显现信息在显现之前的存在状态定义为潜存信息,这样便可以解决信息哲学内部的逻辑矛盾,也是理解科学认知行为的前提。科学认知活动是本体论信息向认识论信息转化的过程,科学实验对应本体论信息的编码过程,科学理论建构对应着译码过程。从信息运动的角度分析科学认知行为,对于科学哲学的研究是一种全新的研究进路。
From the perspective of ontology,entity and information has equal priority. So,information of ontology can be defined as non-entity outside subject,has the characteristic of objectivity. The information of ontology has not be presented or the existing state of information before it being presented,can be defined as potential information. So that the logic contradiction in philosophy of information can be solved,and cognition process of science can be understanded. Science cognition activity is the process that information of ontology be transformed to information of epistemology. In the process,scientific experiment is regarded as the encoding of information of ontology,and construction of scientific theory is regarded as the encoding. A analysis of cognition behavior of science from the point of information movement,is a new research approach in the study of philosophy of science.
