摘要
勃起功能障碍(erectile dysfunction,ED)是糖尿病常见的慢性并发症之一,其发病是糖尿病性血管病变、神经病变及内分泌改变等因素共同作用的结果。糖尿病性ED的诊断依赖详实的病史采集、系统的体格检查以及一些特殊的实验室检查手段。纠正各项代谢紊乱、5型磷酸二酯酶抑制剂(PDE-5)等药物、阴茎海绵体注射疗法以及心理干预等方法是糖尿病性ED治疗中的重要途径。
Erectile dysfunction （erectile dysfunction ED） is one of the common chronic complications of diabetes, the incidence of which is the result of vascular disease, neuropathy and endocrine factors during diabetes. History, system diagnosis of diabetic ED depends on the detailed physical examination and special laboratory examinations. Correcting metabolic disorders, using phospbodiesterase-5 inhibitors （PDE-5） or other drugs, intravenous injection therapy and psychological intervention method is an important way in the treatment of diabetic erectile dysfunction.
