摘要
鸡卵黄免疫球蛋白(Ig Y)作为一种能够预防或控制细菌性和病毒性传染疾病的药效营养品而受到人们的极大关注。与哺乳动物的免疫球蛋白(Ig G)相比,Ig Y具有安全、高效、特异性强和制备简易等优势,可添加到动物饲料中,起到防治动物疾病的作用。文章概述了Ig Y作为药效营养品在陆生及水生动物饲料及疾病防治中的应用,并阐述了Ig Y存在的问题及未来前景。
Chicken egg yolk immunoglobulin Y (IgY) has of great concern to people as a kind of nutraceuticals which can prevent or control bacterial and viral infectious diseases. Compared with mammalian immunoglobulin G (IgG) , IgY has some advantages, such as safety, high ef- ficiency, strong specificity, simple preparation and so on. IgY can be added to animal feed, and plays an role in the prevention and treatment of animal diseases. This paper summarizes the application of IgY as a nutraceutical in terrestrial and aquatic animal feed and disease prevention and control, and expounds the existing problems and future prospects of IgY.
