Richter综合征的临床特征和治疗 被引量：3

摘要 Richter综合征（Richter syndrome,RS）是血液科的一种急危重症疾病。1928年,Maurice Richter首次提出RS的概念。经典的RS是指慢性淋巴细胞白血病（chronic lymphocytic leukemia,CLL）的患者发生侵袭性淋巴瘤,主要包括弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤（diffuse large B-cell lymphoma,DLBCL）及霍奇金淋巴瘤（Hodgkinlymphoma，HL）2种变异型，其中又以前者占绝大多数。
