摘要
通过社会需求和毕业生流向分析,科学确定人才培养目标。树立"以人为本,全面发展;因材施教,分类培养"的办学理念,建立基于目标与质量双重反馈控制的完整的人才培养体系,依托有色冶金和交通运输等重点行业,改进和完善人才培养方案,构建创新型和工程型特色突出的实践教学体系。针对大学生就业创业问题,确立"专业教育+创新创业教育"的人才培养模式,建立大学生科技创新和创业基地,培养了大批学术研究型、工程技术型和自主创业型高水平、高素质人才。
Based on the analysis of social demands and graduate whereabouts,We scientifically determined the objects of personal cultivation.Establish a school-running concept which contents of 'human-oriented,all-round development;suitable teaching measures for different students,cultivate students classifiably',set up a complete personal cultivating system which based on dual-feedback control with object and quality,rely on some preference industry as non-ferrous metallurgy and transportation,improve and perfect personal cultivating scheme,construct outstanding characteristics innovative and engineering type's practical teaching system.According to the problem of graduate students' employment and entrepreneurship,establish personal cultivating mode which named 'specialty education + innovation and pioneering education',build up graduate students scientific and technological innovative and pioneering base,educate a large number of academic researching,engineering technical and independent pioneering talents.
