摘要
为在某种程度上弥补近年来在生产实习、毕业实习中缺乏动手机会的不足,研制了自动化专业综合工程实验装置。它由一条微型啤酒生产线和以该生产线为被控对象的自动控制系统组成,其主要特点是将自动化技术与一个实际的生产过程有机结合,测控效果最终反映在生产效率和产品质量上,使学生能从工业生产系统的整体上把握自动化技术。本装置不仅可进行多门本科生、研究生课程的实验,而且可供本科生毕业设计、研究生课题研究使用,还可供在生物工程、控制工程交界面上作某些研究的科研人员使用。
In order to make up for the insufficiencies of practice that existed in the production practice and the graduation practice to some extent in recent years,an integrated engineering experimental device of automation has been developed.It is made up of a micro-beer production line and a control system which takes the line as its controlled object.The main characteristic of this device is that it combines the automatic technology organically with a real production process,and measurement and control result are reflected in production efficiency and product quality finally.In this way,students can hold the automatic technology from the whole of industrial production system.The device not only can be used for several different disciplines experiments for undergraduate and graduate,but also for Undergraduate Design and graduate subject research,and also can be used for Biological Engineering and Control Engineering interface by some scientific researchers.
