摘要
金江镇是香格里拉市的粮食主产区之一,通过对区域内的水资源利用、水利工程使用情况等方面进行详细调查,结合区域水资源、人口、耕地等分布实际初步提出区域农村水利综合规划思路,执行最严格的水资源管理,实现区内水资源的合理利用,保障农村农业及居民的生活用水安全。
Jinjiang Town is one of the major grain producing areas in Shangri-la. Regional water resources utilization,water conservancy project utilization condition and other aspects are investigated in detail. Regional water resources,population,cultivated land and other distribution practice are combined for initially proposing comprehensive planning ideas of rural water conservancy. The most strict water resources management measures are implemented for realizing rational use of water resources in the area,and ensuring rural agricultural and residential demestic water safety.
