摘要
[目的]探讨电话回访对我国乳腺癌病人的干预效果。[方法]计算机检索中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库和维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP),检索关于电话回访干预乳腺癌病人的随机对照试验,由2名研究员按照纳入和排除标准严格筛选文献,提取资料、质量评价,然后采用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析或进行描述性分析。[结果]共纳入5篇文章,包括667例乳腺癌手术病人,其中电话回访组339例,对照组328例。Meta分析结果提示:电话干预对乳腺癌病人药物依从性有一定的促进作用[RR=1.32,95%CI(1.21,1.43),P=0.001]。电话回访组药物依从性高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]电话回访对乳腺癌病人药物依从性的干预效果明显优于常规护理。
Objective:To probe into the intervention effect of telephone interviews for patients with breast cancer in China.Methods:The randomized controlled trials(RCTs)about telephone interviews intervention on breast cancer patients were searched in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Database and China Scientific Journal Database by VIP.The studies were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria by two researchers critically.Then the data were extracted.Meta-analysis was conducted by using RevMan5.3software,or only descriptive analysis was conducted instead.Results:Totally,5papers including 667 cases of breast cancer surgery patients were eligible to the criteria(339in experimental group and 328 in control group)altogether.The meta-analysis showed that compared with control group,the patients with breast cancer under telephone intervention had a better medication compliance,[RR=1.32,95%CI(1.21,1.43),P=0.001].The difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention effect of telephone interviews was better than routine care for the medication compliance of breast cancer patients.
