摘要
针对苏州地铁1号线列车制动系统空气压缩机机油乳化故障,从机油水汽的存在、曲轴拨杆激烈搅拌、油品中的添加剂及空气压缩机工作周期不足4个方面分析了空气压缩机机油乳化故障机理;通过对1号线列车制动空气压缩机组跟踪取样,实验排查,查找导致机油乳化故障的根本原因;提出了采用空气干燥器节流孔的扩孔方案处理故障的可行性措施及建议。
Aiming at the oil emulsification failure of air compressor for train braking system on Suzhou metro line 1, the paper analyzes the four aspects of air compressor lubricating oil emulsification mechanism including the moisture existence of engine oil, crankshaft rod intense mixing, additives in oil and non full air compressor working cycle. Through tracking and sampling of train air brake compressor on line 1, experimental investigation, it tries to find the causes of oil emulsification cause, puts forward the feasibility of measures and suggestions on the air dryer throttle hole reaming processing scheme.
