摘要
综述石榴皮的质量控制研究新进展。经文献调研,就石榴皮质量控制相关的化学成分、产地、品种、炮制工艺对石榴皮质量的影响以及质量评价体系等方面的研究进展进行综述,并指出石榴皮质量标准评价体系存在的问题及今后的研究方向,为石榴皮资源的进一步开发与利用提供依据。
This paper reviews the latest progress in research on quality control of plnegranate peels. The chemical compositions associated with quality control, origin, variety, effect of processing technology on the quality and quality evaluation system of pomegranate peel were reviewed by documents, and the problems in evaluation system of quality standards as well as the prospect of pomegranate peels were investigated, which provided a basis for further development and utilization of pomegranate peel resources.
